Had high temperature after Botox. Can it have a bad effect on my injection?

It seems i got botox at a bad time. I had flu, bit thought inwas revovered and got botox. But I had high temperature, above 38 after about 12 hours from the injection. I had a temperature a day acfter the injection too.

No, this will not negatively impact your Botox results. It takes 1-2 weeks for final results with Botox and they will resolve in 3-4 months. Best, Dr. Emer

A high temperature won’t change the results of your anti wrinkle treatment. Remember it may take up to 2 weeks to see the full results.
