Do I need a chin reduction surgery , or should I try other methods to reduce the size of my chin? (Photo)

i’m 19 years old ,so i’m not sure whether that’s early or too late for such surgery, but it’s always on my mind and i think it ruins my self esteem and self confidence on the daily. It really affects my daily life. My chin looks bigger when i smile especially.

Yes, I would recommend bony chin reduction surgery. The bone is removed and the area is made smooth and contoured. It is important to resuspend the chin soft tissue. The connection between a feminine or masculine chin is the amount of projection. In general, a more prominent chin is aesthetically pleasing in a male. The incision is performed inside the mouth so there is no scar. Unfortunately, the dynamic changes (pronounced appearance when smiling) are best treated with Botox and will need periodic neuromodulators. Hope that was helpful
