Hi, I had double jaw surgery with genioplasty, i wanted to know if reducing lower third height is possible, mine became too long My side profil is perfect Can bone shaving do the trick for vertical reduction or do i need genioplasty vertical height reduction (recut the bone) ? I show a morph so u understand better, i dont like my facial ratio being off the 1/3 - 1/3 - 1/3 also my philtrum to chin ratio

Unfortunately your question can be answered only on the basis of in person evaluation. Vertical chin reduction can be done either with shaving off small amount of bone or, more aggressively, by taking a strip of bone by means of genioplasty. In person consultation with a surgeon who performed your jaw surgery and genioplasty in the past would be a good starting point. Good luck.
