Hi, I had double jaw surgery with genioplasty, i wanted to know if reducing lower third height is possible, mine became too long My side profil is perfect Can bone shaving do the trick for vertical reduction or do i need genioplasty vertical height reduction (recut the bone) ? I show a morph so u understand better, i dont like my facial ratio being off the 1/3 - 1/3 - 1/3 also my philtrum to chin ratio
