When can I have surgery after giving birth? Liposculpture, Liposuction 360 with J-plasma or Mini Tummy Tuck? (photos)

I want to have a snatch body again. I had a bbl in 2018 with doctor Dowback in Miami then I had a revision in Miami with same doctor in 2019. Then in 2020 got a bbl with doctor Chang in Miami. But now I have a new born... 2 months and 3 weeks Not sure if I need a mini tummy tuck or just a Lipo and jplasma or liposcultpture.. I even may want to get my boobs lifted. What do you recommends I do?

every plastic surgeon has his own preoperative protocol which he recommends to his patients. You should fully recover prior to elective procedures. I would suggest you to discuss this with your plastic surgeon

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.  I would first recommend waiting at least six months after delivery or 3 months after nursing (whichever is later) before entertaining any surgery.  Based on today's photographs, and assuming you have completed your family, the best recourse will likely be a full tummy tuck to address the muscle laxity and separation present above and below your belly button.

I would wait at least 6 months after achieving your goal weight before having any procedures. This amount of time will also allow your body to recover properly from pregnancy and childbirth. You will most likely need a Lipo 360 with Renuvion/J-Plasma to give you a more contoured abdomen, hips and back.

From your photos you will want to consider a full tummy tuck with liposuction for contouring.  A bra line lift would improve the contours of your back.  You will want to wait until you are at least 6 months from giving birth or cessation of breastfeeding, whichever is later.  If you are planning to have more children you may want to postpone these procedures until you have completed your family.

This is a tier answer.
If you are doing abdominal surgery post pregnancy, then you should wait 6 months.
If having breast procedures performed post pregnancy, you should wait at least 3-6 months after cessation of breast feeding.
You should consider back liposuction and a full abdominoplasty.  You appear to have significant stretch marks, loose abdominal skin and an umbilical hernia.

Though only few months since child birth my over the Real Self internet would be a full TT with umbilical hernia repair with 1 liter liposuction (as allowed by Florida office surgery guidelines). Fee from $8,000+/-. Seek in person or virtual consults. BTW J-Plasma is restricted by FDA for skin tightening because of severe fibrosis, burns, etc!!!

I suggest focusing on taking care of your child and recovering from pregnancy for a while before considering more cosmetic surgery.

Most plastic surgeons will ask patients to wait a minimum of six months and some ask patients to wait a year which is probably not a bad suggestion.

Considering you’ve had liposuction multiple times and that pregnancy related changes are not related to fat distribution for the Liposuction is unlikely to give you an improvement.

Jay Plasma has very little actual skin tightening capacity and I say this from first-hand experience using the device for a year.

The biggest problem with your abdomen that’s related to the pregnancy cause muscle separation and to correct this requires a full tummy tuck.

That procedure is appropriate when you are fairly certain you’re not going to have more children.
