Goal= hour glass/figure 8/ snatched waist/round hips type figure I know I need fat/skin removed from waist/sides/Back area/Possible transfer to hips. muscle repair likely/want fuller breast (fat transfer/implants/lift? (Looking or recommendations-not picky on size but want full look and hoping for less scars if possible) Im 37 y/o and 5'4 and 205 pounds -4 babies - started strength training this year and slowly losing/Toning. At this size how realistic are my goals? I like being kinda thick
Answer: BMI is too high for surgery at this time At 5'4 and 205 lbs, your BMI is 35 which puts you at a high risk for complications. I recommend you begin a low fat diet, core exercises such as sit-ups, planks, pilates and start wearing an abdominal binder. Liposuction can be done to remove 10 lbs safely and can help you with your weight loss. Once, you get your BMI down to 32 or lower then I would begin with your breasts using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. At the same time or later, a tummy tuck can be performed. If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Realistic goals? From your photos and provided information you would have much better results if you first lost about 25 pounds. This would bring your BMI lower. Having a BMI above 30 may increase your risk of complications such as poor wound healing, seroma, and infection. I think you could consider a tummy tuck including muscle repair with liposuction of hips, flanks, and back. A breast augmentation with implants would add fullness to the breasts. Determining if a lift is recommended would require an exam or photo of you with your arms at your sides. Best wishes!

Answer: MMO, multiple surgeries Based on these photos, you seem to be good candidate to achieve this ambitious goal. First, you will have to loose 20 plus lbs. in the process. Series of surgeries starting with liposuction and fat transfer (BBL), followed with abdominoplasty, breast lift and augmentation with implants should be considered.. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon is recommended. Good luck.

Answer: Tummy tuck Dear summertorres, based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
