Can lipo 360 be done on the upper back and arms?

Yes, it is possible to do liposuction of upper back and arms in combination with liposuction of abdomen, flanks and lower back. In State of Florida we have a limit of how much fat can be harvested with liposuction when other major procedure, like a TT in your case, is done simultaneously; it is 1 litter. For that reason, you should think of doing liposuction of all of these areas as a first procedure followed with TT as a separate procedure.
