Im 59yrs old, DOS was 12-11-2024, female, black and gained 10 pounds after bbl 2yrs ago. The weight caused my breats and arms to go 2 sizes up and im very uncomfortable. I wont to take a weight lost injectoon, only to loss the 10 i gained.

A BBL uses your own fat cells, and those fat cells can still respond to weight changes after surgery. Gaining weight may make the buttocks, breasts, arms, abdomen, and other areas larger. Losing weight can make those same areas smaller. If you are only trying to lose the 10 pounds you gained, the effect on your BBL may be modest, but you could notice some decrease in buttock fullness depending on where your body tends to lose fat first.

Weight-loss injections do not usually damage the transferred fat cells directly. The main issue is the amount and speed of weight loss. Rapid or excessive weight loss can reduce overall soft-tissue volume and may make loose skin or contour changes more noticeable. A slower, medically supervised plan is usually better for preserving shape. Since you are 59, it is important to discuss the medication with your primary doctor or prescribing clinician, especially if you have diabetes, gallbladder disease, pancreatitis history, reflux, kidney issues, thyroid history, or take other medications. Keep protein intake adequate, do resistance exercise if medically allowed, and aim for a stable weight once you reach your goal. If your BBL result changes after weight loss, it is usually best to reassess only after your weight has been stable for several months.
