Doc recommended I lipo my stomach, flanks, back, arms, and inner thighs. I was wondering if that would be enough for a big bbl. I want mine with hips and very round and big and proportioned.
Answer: Should I gain more weight to get a bigger BBL? Thanks for your question. It is difficult to make a proper recommendation without a proper evaluation. I suggest you schedule a consult. Please always consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Take care, Moises Salama MD, board certified plastic surgeon

Answer: "Strategic Weight Gain for Brazilian Butt Lift: Planning for Optimal Results" Thank you for your question. Gaining weight for a BBL is a frequent concept, but thoughtful planning is necessary. In BBL, your body's fat is extracted by liposuction, refined, and then injected into your buttocks. You need to have enough fat in your body and if your body fat % is excessively low, you should gain weight to increase the available fat amount. However, it does not ensure a certain outcome which necessitates talking to your surgeon about the size and form of your ideal hips. He will evaluate your general body shape, buttock projection, waist-to-hip ratio, and current body composition. He will also discuss your objectives and suggest the best management.

Answer: BBL candidate Dear kimmyp1997, generally speaking, you want to reach your goal weight before you consider surgery, otherwise your results will be suboptimal if you continue to lose weight after the surgery. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.
