Treatments should be based on first having a clear understanding of what the underlying problem is.
If I may be forward, I think in your case the primary issue is obesity.
A long-term solid weight loss strategy Hass to be number one if you’re serious about having a better looking body.
Weight loss may be easier said than done but millions of people are able to do it and I think you can too.
Don’t look for fad short term solutions but instead look for long-term permanent, eating and lifestyle choices leading to sustained gradual weight loss over many years.
Once you successfully lost weight, you can consult with plastic surgeons in your community to see what procedures might be helpful but I have a feeling weight loss by itself will go along way in making you look and feel better about yourself.
