Can a tummy tuck improve my back appearance? (Photos)

I’m 5’3 150 pounds 33 yrs old. ive had pregnancy and weight loss and lipo before. I do not need a roll-less back. I’m not looking to be americas next top model or an instagram model. If a tummy tuck with lipo or extended tummy tuck can improve these back rolls i would be okay with that. Other options im told is a back lift, which i dont want to do BUT if this is the only way to improve the appearance i may have no choice. Also, i asked chat gpt and uploaded my photo it also sugge Circumfriential tummy tuck. So now im left to see what you guys suggest. Im tired of sending my photos oneby one to every clinic.

I would not expect a tummy tuck to change your back contour appreciably.  A lower body lift probably will not improve your mid back.  It seems you would be a good candidate for a bra line lift and tummy tuck.  A quick examination by a plastic surgeon can get you quite a bit more information regarding what you could expect with surgery.

To address the excess skin of the upper back flanks, I think you would achieve the most aesthetic result with a Bra strap excision. By doing that, the skin and associated subcutaneous tissue is cut out, and the incision is closed as a straight line across the upper/mid-back.
To address the skin of the abdomen, I think you would get a very nice result result from a standard abdominoplasty. This would be an incision from hip bone to hip bone to remove the excess skin of the lower abdomen, tighten the abdominal wall muscles, and give you as flat of a tummy as possible.
Combining those procedures with some liposuction around the torso could also be used to address any excess subcutaneous tissue in areas in which the skin is not being cut out in either of those areas, like the upper central abdomen and posterolateral flanks.
