Hello, I want to change my tubular small B cup shaped breasts to a full natural C-cup. I'm 24, 5'6", 162 lbs, wearing 36B, occasionally experiencing gaps at the top. I want a natural shape with cleavage and more fullness on top. Is this achievable? I’m concerned implants could make them more tubular. What impacts that? Also, will my nipples go down at all or always be so erect all the time? Having a hard time finding before and afters like mine which is discouraging..

Answer: Breast augmentation and fat grafting There is no doubt that your breasts are not tuberous/tubular. However, there is asymmetry in position on chest wall, one is higher than the other. Augmentation with implants, breast lift and fat grafting, would help to correct current situation. In person or teleconference consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation in breast surgery is recommended. Good luck.

Answer: Mini lift Your breasts are not tubular and implants will not make them tubular. Your breasts are widely separated. The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
