Hello, I want to change my tubular small B cup shaped breasts to a full natural C-cup. I'm 24, 5'6", 162 lbs, wearing 36B, occasionally experiencing gaps at the top. I want a natural shape with cleavage and more fullness on top. Is this achievable? I’m concerned implants could make them more tubular. What impacts that? Also, will my nipples go down at all or always be so erect all the time? Having a hard time finding before and afters like mine which is discouraging..

You have a short nipple-to-fold distance. This is not a true tuberous breast deformity. It is difficult to say this with 100% certainty without a physical exam. I would recommend seeing a board-certified plastic surgeon with extensive experience in breast aesthetic surgery.
