I would recommend bilateral breast augmentation with submuscular dual plane pocket. I would see a surgeon with the ability to show you the potential results with 3D preoperative imaging (Vectra or Crisalix or Photoshop).

Your breasts are not truly tubular as there doesn’t appear to be any constriction of tissue around your nipples. If you’d like a rounder shape, a breast lift can give you more fullness in the upper portion. Implants can then be placed to increase size and round them out a bit more. Your nipples may remain the same, but if you’d like to reduce their prominence nipple reduction can be performed at the same time.

Thank you for your question and pictures. Based on your pictures, I believe you'll get great results from breast augmentation with implants. You don't seem to have tubular breasts, and if you get a good size implant your beasts will look rounder and firmer.
