After multiple revisions to improve a failed lift, I was desperate to find the right surgeon. I consulted with several reputable surgeons in Phoenix and Scottsdale and chose Dr. Prucz. My situation was complex but I trusted him and his recommendation (2 stage procedure). I couldn't be happier with my results, they have exceeded my expectations and I'm confident this will minimize any future surgeries, which was my ultimate goal. I am beyond grateful for him and his team!
I went to Dr. Prucz to have a breast lift and augmentation. I was very nervous for the appointment but he and his staff did a great job putting me at ease. Everyone at his office is super kind and helpful. I was also very nervous about the operation but everything went great, Dr, Prucz’s work is impeccable and his follow up care is great. I am so glad I finally took the plunge after debating for years if I should get the operation or not. I am very pleased and excited for the results and highly recommend him to anyone!

I am so happy with the results I received from Dr. Prucz today! He is the only surgeon I will let do anything to my face from hear on out. Dr. Prucz has the best bed side manner and made me so comfortable, as needles are not my thing. I would highly recommend his services to any one of my family members or friends!
Extremely caring, talented doctor I would suggest him 100 times over he not only fix my eyelids. It has been three months, and they looked fantastic !!! Dr. Prucz fixed my hand from trigger finger and carpal tunnel. I no longer have pain in my hand and the trigger finger is gone. Dr. Prucz did an impressive surgery on my face after Mohs surgery from cancer removal! The surgery was done three months ago and you can’t even tell it was there. Thank you very much Dr. Prucz for your awesome work.!!!
I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr.Prucz, his staff, and my liquid facelift procedure! I am 4 weeks post injections and look in the mirror and just want cry happy tears - I still look like myself yet rejuvenated and refreshed and just couldn’t be happier with my results. The injections themself were placed in my cheeks, jawline, the hollows of my temples, under my eyes, and just above my smile lines. Dr.Prucz numbed me prior, so overall, almost a completely painless procedure. I was incredibly comfortable throughout the injections and the knowledge, expertise, and attention to detail made me trust the process and excited for the results. The staff was also professional and comforting. Such a great experience with stunning results all without surgery.
During the breast reduction procedure, the breast tissue (parenchyma) is removed to reduce and reshape the breast. However, the blood supply and nerve supply to the nipple should be preserved. Additionally, the glandular connections to the nipple are also preserved depending on the "pedicle" (i.e. nipple connection to the breast tissue) selected. The T-shape reduction refers to the skin excision, but only your surgeon knows what type of "pedicle" was used. Regardless, only by becoming pregnant will the hormones in your body instruct your breast tissue to produce milk and only while attempting to breast feed will you be able to determine if you are able. In general, a properly performed breast reduction should not negatively effect your ability to breast feed according to a review article from 2017.
MRI is the most sensitive test for evaluating breast implants. Other modalities are unable to detect issues with the implant capsule or evaluate for small leaks. Additionally, the Food and Drug Administration (i.e. FDA) recommends evaluating your implants with imaging approximately 5 years after implantation and then every 2-3 years thereafter.
High level athletes can safely undergo breast augmentation. However, there are several important considerations. The first thing to consider is the overall size and volume of the implant. In general, smaller implants require less support since they weigh less. Thus, over time, they are less likely to "droop". Regardless, wearing a supportive bra with activity at all times is important. If marathon running prevents the wearing of a supportive bra, then augmentation should be delayed. It should also be noted that high levels of activity such as running do increase your chances of implant malposition over time even with the proper support. Second, the placement of the implant is important. Sub-muscular placement requires elevating the pectoralis muscle, which can effect its performance in high level athletes. Thus, subfascial or subglandular placement may be better for athletic individuals. If I were to perform your procedure, I would recommend small to moderate size implants in the subfascial position with a supportive mesh assuming you had adequate breast tissue. I would also review with you carefully the effects of exercise on your implants. I have safely performed breast augmentation in professional female body builders and amateur marathon runners without issue. Thank you for sharing your photos! With regards to your tummy tuck, it appears that you do have extra skin and laxity that can be removed with a revision procedure. A significantly improved result is possible by removing the excess tissue, ensuring a proper plication, and by "re-draping" the soft tissues of the abdomen. In order to improve the breast scarring, the breast lift procedure needs to be repeated. It is difficult from the photos to determine if the scarring is due to infection or if perhaps there was too much tension on the closure due to the skin resection or the implant. Revision would likely also include a mesh to help support the implant, especially if you want to maintain the same size and shape. I would not focus too much on the implant profile but rather the overall shape and size that you desire. The implant profile itself is determined by a patient's requested appearance and their anatomy. Based on this single photo it does seem like you would benefit from an upper blepharoplasty and brow lift procedure. Your eyelids appear heavy for your otherwise youthful face. You may also have a component of eyelid ptosis (dysfunction of the eyelid muscles). In general I think eyelid surgeries are the "best bang for your buck" when it comes to improving facial aesthetics at a minimal price and short recovery.
