I have a bulb tip on my tip of my nose i want it well structure and can non surgical refine a tip of my nose? i want it refined but m scare of surgical stuff.
Answer: Solution for a bulbous nasal tip An in-person consultation would be required to determine whether you would be a suitable candidate for a non-surgical nose job. It's possible that adding filler to the bridge of your nose will give a straighter appearance, thereby giving the illusion of a smaller and more refined tip. However, if you do not wish to augment the nose in any way, a Rhinoplasty would probably be required.

Answer: Adding filler to a bulbous tip may lead to a wider nasal tip appearance. When somebody has a wide nasal tip appearance, we do not recommend non-surgical nose job treatments. It may be intuitive that injecting volume into a wide nasal tip may not lead to a narrower appearance. If you have severe dissatisfaction with the appearance of your nose, please consider Consulting with several reputable rhinoplasty specialists who are for computer Imaging so you can see what might be best for you moving forward. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph

Answer: Non-surgical rhinoplasty to fix a bulbous nose Dear Potatoe head,Thank you for your question. Non-surgical rhinoplasty using fillers can help make the nose look more proportional and can help with asymmetries but it will not reduce the overall size of the nose or the nostrils. The best treatment for a bulbous nose is rhinoplasty. When you are ready, please look at before and after photos on my website and we can set up a complimentary in-person consultation to address your concerns and answer all of your questions.Best regards,Nima Shemirani

Answer: Correcting a bulbous tip Thanks for your question. Small irregularities and asymmetries in the nose can be improved with fillers and one can either use permanent or temporary fillers. Among the permanent fillers are FDA approved, Bellafill ® or fat transfer (which, of course, comes from your own body). Fillers will rarely improve nasal obstruction or make the nose smaller. For a life long result, a rhinoplasty is still generally the gold standard. For refining the tip of the nose, either a closed or open (my preferred method to get maximum control of symmetry) tip rhinoplasty can be performed which refines the bulbous area with minimal scarring. An open technique allows better visualization and control of the paired cartilages which act in conjunction to define your tip shape and symmetry. The ability to see both cartilages simultaneously and work on them together allows the surgeon ultimate control over both the shape and symmetry and beauty of the nose. Recommend an in person consult with a board certified plastic surgeon specializing in rhinoplasty to discuss your options.

Answer: Non Surgical Nosejob Candidate-- with Fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm), Botox/Xeomin/Dysport I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) along with Botox can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose and lift the tip. However, it won't make the nose appear smaller. Surgery would be needed to improve nostrils or overall shape. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
