Do the "Nose Up" clips actually change your nose shape? Are there any non surgical procedures to make your bridge higher?

My friend bought one of these clips and wore it for a half hour everyday. It seems to have worked; her nose bridge seems to be higher now. Is this just temporary or does it actually work? And is there any other non surgical procedures to make your nose bridge higher?

No, this clip wouldn't change the nose shape. Facial fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose and improve the bridge. However, surgery would be needed to improve nostrils or overall shape. See an expert for a formal evaluation. Best, Dr. Emer

Thanks for the great question! I'm not sure what this clip is that you're referring to, but I don't think the results it delivers are permanent by any means. The current best treatment for increasing the height of the nose is with fillers. The procedure is relatively quick and can be performed right in the office.
