One side of my nose is bumpy and the other is not, would a non-surgical nose job fix this? (Photos)

I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose and disguise a bump. Surgery would be needed to improve nostrils or overall shape. See an expert. From your pictures, it does seem that a Non Surgical Nose Job can improve your profile. Making your nose look straight by adding filler to precise points at the top and tip will make it look smaller. A nose that is curved attracts attention and looks bigger. A nose that is straight blends in to the rest of your face and looks smaller. Done properly, fillers can improve the appearance of your nose. Placed in the tip, fillers can elevate the tip and when done with injections into the bridge will both remove the "hook" and create a thinner more defined tip and bridge. Using a combination of fillers and other injectables, most "bumps" can be softened and even removed.
