My nose is not aligned in the middle, it slants slightly to the right. Can nose fillers align it straight, without it appearing bigger? I would like a more softer looking nose.

Technically yes, you could have this done now. Traditionally we say 1 year for the swelling to be gone so you'd want to wait until then. If your surgeon thinks the swelling is gone by now on his/her exam in person then you're safe to go ahead.
