I would like to know if it is safe for me to aim for certain results when I get my BBL in a couple of months. Will 500 cc or less per cheek give me that result? How much fat would have to be extracted for that kind of sculpting? I know that not all frames are the same so I suppose I'm looking for a similar result. I'm 5'2 and 130 lbs.

Answer: Realistic BBL results Based on the photos that you provided, it appears that you are likely a great candidate for a Brazilian butt lift and that your wish pics are likely achievable. The amount of cc's transferred is often moot because all of the fat harvested is usually transferred. In addition, different surgeons use different concentrations of fat cells per injected volume. So, you should concentrate on a given look and not focus on a cc amount. A highly experienced board-certified plastic surgeon (by the American Board of Plastic Surgery) who specializes in gluteal contouring should be able to give you an aesthetically pleasing result and likely meet your realistic expectations.
