Realistic results after BBL? (Photo)

Question

I would like to know if it is safe for me to aim for certain results when I get my BBL in a couple of months. Will 500 cc or less per cheek give me that result? How much fat would have to be extracted for that kind of sculpting? I know that not all frames are the same so I suppose I'm looking for a similar result. I'm 5'2 and 130 lbs.

Based on the photos that you provided, it appears that you are likely a great candidate for a Brazilian butt lift and that your wish pics are likely achievable. The amount of cc's transferred is often moot because all of the fat harvested is usually transferred.  In addition, different surgeons use different concentrations of fat cells per injected volume.  So, you should concentrate on a given look and not focus on a cc amount.  A highly experienced board-certified plastic surgeon (by the American Board of Plastic Surgery) who specializes in gluteal contouring should be able to give you an aesthetically pleasing result and likely meet your realistic expectations.

You will need a maximal liposuction of the abdomen, sides, and back along with at least 800 cc per buttock to get that kind of long term result.  I
would search for the board certified plastic surgeon who you feel is
most likely to give you the best results and who performs hundreds of
these procedures each year. I would look at patient reviews as well as

Thanks for the question and provided information as well.
Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. 
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

It is not always the absolute amount of cc injected but rather the fact that almost if not all of the fat  that is liposuctioned is transferred. Typically however, 400 to 500 mL of fat for asmall to medium frame,and 600 to 900 mL for a larger frame per side. This is just a rough guideline. It is not only the amount of fat that's injected but also the adjacent areas that are sculpted with liposuction that give the appearance of improved buttock contour. Make sure you search the expert advice of a board-certified plastic surgeon that can see you in person and explain to you in detail the process , your postoperative instructions, as well as setting realistic expectations. Looking at your body frame I think you would be an excellent candidate for a Brazilian butt lift. Hope this helps. Good luck.

You look like a good candidate for a BBL.  An exam in person would be essential to assess your fat reserves, but based upon the photos you look like you might have enough to achieve a result similar to what your goal is.

We do 300cc average per cheek in an average size and weight patient, but 500cc can be done in larger patients.Fat transfer needs to be done in a safe and proper manner for the fat to be accepted locally by the buttock muscles. We cannot over load exaggerated amounts of fat, as it would absorb later on.In your case you will have the double benefit of redifining your waist and abdomen too. I hope this helps.
