I've have consultation. I am a great candidate 4 the Brazilian butt lift. But I work in Afghanistan. Is it safe? June is my date

I want to have this procedure done in June. I have 21 days vacation. I work 12 hours. I work EVERYDAY. And the living conditions are the best. I stay in an open bay with 9 women. Share a shower with over 100. I wanted to come home n have the procedure and return back to work. As I said I do have 21 day vacation. So if I have it a few days after I'm home, I may have 2 weeks to recover. Remind you the flight is about 13 hours back. Although I really want it, should I wait until I'm home for good?
