Answer: Hourglass figure It seems you have fat enough to reshape your contour and fill the indents, giving you a nice figure, but It wont be enough to augment projection, and remain with a figure like in your wish pics. My recommendation is to have a BBL to reshape your contour and the use of a small intramuscular butt implant. This way you will be able to achieve a similar result to the ones in your pictures.I never ask my patients to gain weight for a BBL, for 2 reasons. First when you gain weight, you are not increasing the number of fat cells, you are only filling this cells more. the moment you loose the weight, you will also loose it on the graft. Second, How can i guarantee that this weight you gained will be in areas where i will be able to easily suction?? i don't agree in huge liposuction of all the body, Liposuction is for localized fat, not for loosing weight. Trust me you will have left over after your surgery if you gain +- 20 more pounds.Find a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and discuss what will be the proper treatment to achieve the result you desires.Regards,Dr. Luis Redondo

Answer: BBL You need to be seen in person to be properly evaluated. You do have some fat that can be harvested to contour your body.
