I have always disliked my nose because it looks too big for my face...I think it's too long, has too much height, my nostrils are big, my tip seems too large. should I get a nose job to help enhance my facial features?

Answer: Should I Get a Nose Job? Hi and thanks for your question and photos. Yes. You would get a great benefit from a rhinoplasty. Your nose is long with a dorsal hump (bump). Your tip is bulbous and you have a small, tethered upper lip due to the fact that your nose is too long. I would be happy to see you for a consultation to do computer imaging and show you what I would do. My office is in the Philadelphia suburbs not too far from where you live. Good luck
