Your frontal and base views appear to show a straight nasal bridge. Is it possible you're just feeling swelling on your left bridge? If your implant is in fact crooked, it may not straighten as your swelling resolves. Please bring your concerns to your surgeon since an examination would be necessary to clarify your situation. On the photos your implant does not appear to be significantly off. It is possible you may be able to feel the implant, and you may have more swelling on one side over the other. Only time will tell as the swelling will continue to resolve over coming 6-10 month. There is nothing to do right now other than wait. Hope this helps.

It looks like a good result to me at this point. If for some reason it ends up shirted visibly and objectionably (it doesn't matter what you feel, just what you see) it is possible to reposition it and fix it in place.

Although hard to tell from photos, it looks like your implant is straight. It is possible to have asymmetric swelling remaining at 2 months after rhinoplasty, more likely with a foreign implant such as Goretex. Such swelling would not move the implant. A malpositioned implant is possible. I would see your surgeon and have he or she check the implant position. That will hopefully give you peace of mind!

It is unusual to have an implant move this far after surgery unless you were hit or bumped.  Follow up with your surgeon to express your concerns.
