I don't know what to do. I feel like there is so much pain and pressure right. Now. I don't know what to do to stay sleeping on my back. I'm so frustrated because I really really don't want to do that and make sure I have optimum results. I think subconsciously I'm used to it because I've been sleeping on the side since my nose broke In 2009. Help :( I feel like it's going to ruin my results

Looking at the photos, I'd say you have very little added rotation from your surgery when compared to preop. Of course, a few degrees of rotation might be enough to make you self-conscious about it. Have others commented on it? I find patients severely scrutinize their noses after rhinoplasty...
You do appear to be a good candidate for rhinoplasty. Adding some filler to your lips and chin (or a very small chin implant) would also enhance your profile and add some more balance. Best.
