Is it possible to do an Arm Lift with Liposuction and Breast Augmentation at the same time?

Thank you for your question. I would separate the procedures and do the breast augmentation after all the other procedures have been completed. Fat can be transferred, and this means you would have to spend time on your abdomen, and your breasts as they do the procedure. Not good if you just had a breast augmentation, and the rule is to do the implant area first, everything else after. I hope this helps!

Combining an arm lift (which is best done with liposuction to maximize the contour of the arms) with a breast augmentation is commonly done and safely done.  The down time is approximately 1 week till you could return to a desk job and 3-4 weeks till return to full activity.  Recovery for both procedures is occurring at the same time so this is the benefit to combining them.  Only small amounts of fat would be removed from arms so it would not likely be enough to fully augment your buttocks, especially since only a portion of fat grafts actually survives and is permanent.  The predictable procedures as far as results go are the augmentation and the arm lift.  See a board certified plastic surgeon for an in depth consultation.

Depending on the surgeon's preference, usually arm lift with liposuction and breast augmentation can be done in one surgery. Most patients take 2-3 weeks to recover from the arm lift but only about 1 week from a breast augmentation alone.  Transferring fat into the buttocks at the same time may not be advisable since the fat injected should not be compressed. After breast augmentation, the patient cannot rest on their front, and after fat injection into buttocks, the patient should not rest in their back. So in order to avoid losing fat injected into buttocks, patients are advised to do the buttock procedure first and the breast procedure after about 2 weeks.

These procedures can be performed safely at the same sitting. This is in fact quite common.  Add liposuction to the arms and often lateral chest wall, and it would make this entire area flow in a very aesthetic manner.  In my practice, a mastopexy is sometimes needed and this allows me to further sculpt the entire area.  Your best bet is an evaluation and discussion of the best way to proceed.  Down time is usually about 10 days.  Patients are usually able to drive in a few days though.You likely will not have enough lipo fat for a butt lift, and even if you have enough fat elsewhere, this would best be tackled at another session because of positioning and time issues.Good luck.

Thank you for your question.  It is quite feasible to do both breast implants #breastaugmentation and arm lift, even with an extended form of #armlift (#brachioplasty).  It is also possible to liposuction the arm (I liposuction mostly the area to be excised) and perform #fatgrafting to your buttock; but understand that the amount of fat required for the so-called #brazilianbuttlift or #BBL is a lot more than the amount one can get in the arms.  For a descent #buttockaugmentation, either you consider #buttockimplants or harvesting fat from multiple sources.Do get an experienced board-certified plastic surgeon.Hope this helps!Best,DrMarcDuPere, Toronto plastic surgeon

It is definitely possible to do these procedures together.  They would complement each other nicely.  Usually not much fat is in the arms.  You would need other areas of fat harvest to make a difference in your buttocks.
