Can I do a tummy tuck and thigh lift at the same time? (Photo)

It's hard for me to take off work for a long period of time. I work for commissions so if I'm off work for a long time (many times ) I'll lose customers. So if I could take off a long time just one time i would lose money but not too much. And if there's a doctor willing to do that for me, how much would it cost for both procedures?

photograph, you are a great candidate for a tummy tuck with liposuction.  This can be done through a low and short
incision, all completely below the bikini line. 
The belly button can be designed to look natural and have no scars on
the exterior.   Your muscles can also be
plicated resulting in a flat abdomen.  A thigh lift is certainly possible at the same time as a tummy tuck, but I would need to evaluate your thighs in person in order to determine the degree of laxity to see if a thigh lift would be the best option for you. 
Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of
real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate
their results.  The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are
comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified
board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

Yes you can combine these two procedures. Combination procedures are safe and very effective in the right hands.  The surgeon has to be an expert in each procedure and must have a lot of experience in performing combination procedures and can minimize the operative time to reduce trauma. The recovery period will take you around two weeks to return to normal activities. The later phase of healing takes place over the 2-3 months after surgery where everything really settles and softens.  It is after this time that you get close to the final result, though this varies patient to patient. That said, you definitely have to choose your surgeon correctly and make sure that he/she has the training and experience to meet your goals with absolute safety.  Best is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with specialized expertise in this procedure.

Looking at your photos I might say that you´ll be a great candidate to get an entire back, waist and flanks liposuction, with BBL, and tummy tuck, this is because all the extra skin located in this areas plus your abdominal muscle needs to be repaired. It is absolutely possible to get a tummy tuck and thigh lift in one surgical setting. However based on your photos I feel you should only have abdominoplasty and liposuction of thighs and knees.
