I am very petite 5 foot and 137 lbs but after having 3 children and air scupt lipo I can't get rid of that diastacis recti as well the wrinkly stomach with the excess skin. I can't afford to pay full price out of pocket for a tummy right now and since I am a new homeowner, my debt to income ratio-creditors won't give me more credit. I also don't want any more credit (want to pay debt off not accumulate more). I have heard that there are schools that will do procedures for a lower cost.

I will just caution you that surgery is not something that you just want to skimp on, and take the cheaper route.  There are still surgeons who are certified who use current techniques that won't cost you an arm and a leg.  I work with residents in town, and I know that not a single one of them knows how to do a proper lipoabdominoplasty, or abdominal etching, or liposuction properly, for that matter (sorry to any residents out there).  So, be very careful, because you already wasted your money on air sculpt, and you're about to make another poor investment.  Save your money and pay for the surgery you want so that it's done right.  Who sold you Air Sculpt when you had diastasis and extra skin?  Probably not a board-certified plastic surgeon - just a guess.
