Are there any plastic surgeons that can do a B.L with auto augmentation with Gala flex/internal bra?

I am not interest of any other breast lift except for breast lift with auto augmentation. However, I am having a hard time finding a plastic surgeon that performs this technique that don't mind adding internal bra/galaflex. I am not interest in implants either

A breast lift with auto-augmentation utilizing your own tissue is a common technique that I use for a patient who has adequate breast tissue and only desires a lift. Some patients do not have enough breast tissue for this procedure, but in the right patient inner and outer breast flaps are elevated and wrapped around a central pedicle and then supported up to the upper pole. Outer breast sutures are vital to help shape and define the breasts. Galaflex could be utilized but is not needed with this technique. Fat grafting in the upper pole could help to increase volume if needed. I hope this helps!

Of course it would require an examination but the material is easier to work with in a number of ways.  I don't know why you are king trouble finding someone.  We would be happy to see you if it continues to be difficult.

Hello and thank you for your excellent question. We frequently offer breast lifts with either galaflex, alloderm, or other materials. It is possible to also augment the breast at the same time with fat grafting (as opposed to an implant). Of course, you will need an in-person consultation to evaluate you for this procedure. Preoperative visualization and surgical simulation with the Crisalix system may help with your decision. Any treatment plan should be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you and your surgeon.    Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation in person with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!
