There are a few issues going on with your nasal dorsum. There are also less invasive ways to correct these issues and more involved ways to correct them. In my practice, I would choose to pursue the more involved approaches so that the nose will look like you had originally hoped that it would and also so that our result will be permanent. I would discuss your concerns with your surgeon and they should be able to help you determine the best approach that will fit your desires.

This looks like what we call an inverted V deformity, esp if you had a hump removed. Most likely it will not improve on its own and will need surgical correction in the form of spreader grafts.

From these limited photographs, you have a residual dorsal hump, crooked nasal bones, and an inverted V deformity. A revision rhinoplasty is going to be required to not only straighten the nasal bones, but narrow them, shave down the dorsal hump, and placement of spreader grafts for the inverted V deformity. Choose your second surgeon wisely based on extensive experience producing natural results, since revision rhinoplasty is more difficult than a primary. It's also important know how much cartilage is left over on the inside of the nose for grafting purposes.
