Revision Rhinoplasty - 6 months post-op yet still feels like swelling has stagnated? (Photos)

Your nose appears to be healing well and edema can take up to two years to fully resolve in revision cases. I think your surgeon performed a very nice revision and you should enjoy your new nose.

Once you are 6mo out from a surgery, the changes day to day will be much subtler and you will feel like you aren't noticing any differences in swelling anymore. That is almost 100% still not the case, it's just that now you have much less swelling overall so each change will be miniscule. Be patient- esp with revision cases, this may take even 2-3 years for the swelling to fully dissipate.
