I’m 140lbs 5ft 5 in. I have a longer torso and not a really wide but more of an athletic build. I have had 5 kids and all breastfed. I want boobs that are full and can have cleavage.

I would recommend determining volume first, and then figure out the best way to fit that volume in your frame depending on measurements and anatomy. This is exactly what happens in a consultation!

Answer: Which size Your breast measurements will determine the optimal size implant that it can accomodate. You need a surgeon that will take measurements and understand what your breast implant size should be. My estimation based only on your images would like be a 350 cc moderate profile implants at the absolute largest. You need to be very careful wit implant size as your tissues have been weekend by pregnancy. Too large of an implant (in any breast) can cause serious problems for you.
