I’m 140lbs 5ft 5 in. I have a longer torso and not a really wide but more of an athletic build. I have had 5 kids and all breastfed. I want boobs that are full and can have cleavage.
Answer: Likely a round implant Hi Sunflower220, Your pictures show that you have forward facing nipples, and a nice footprint to the breast. With your goals of fullness and cleavage, you would likely prefer a round as opposed to anatomic or shaped implant. From the perspective of size, I find that the best way to determine your goal size is to perform try on sizing during a clinic visit. At your visit with your plastic surgeon, your plastic surgeon would measure your base width (the right to left distance of the implant that is ideal for your frame), and would also perform try on sizing. This is because implants do not come in A cups or C cups, but rather in cubic centimeters. Using a sizer allows use the patient to communicate clearly with your surgeon about what your optimal addition of volume would be. This number, together with the base width, we will generally narrow the world of implants down to just a few that make sense for you, your frame, and your goals. I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon to continue this conversation. Hope this helps. Answer: Which cc and profile would help me achieve a fuller look with more cleavage? 140 lbs, 5'5 mother of 5 Thank you for your pictures and questions. It is not all about profile. I would recommend determining volume first, and then figure out the best way to fit that volume in your frame depending on measurements and anatomy. This is exactly what happens in a consultation! Good luck! Dallas Buchanan, MD VIVIFY plastic surgery

Answer: Which size Your breast measurements will determine the optimal size implant that it can accomodate. You need a surgeon that will take measurements and understand what your breast implant size should be. My estimation based only on your images would like be a 350 cc moderate profile implants at the absolute largest. You need to be very careful wit implant size as your tissues have been weekend by pregnancy. Too large of an implant (in any breast) can cause serious problems for you.

Answer: Which cc and profile would help me achieve a fuller look with more cleavage? Based on the photographs, you seems to have deflated breast post pregnancy and ptosis of breast tissue. You will achieve good results with augmentation with implants under the muscle. You van try sizers from 300-355 cc implants in Full profile (motiva) and you cab choose Ergonomics shape to give you natural results. you can request a 3D simulation to see the expected results. A lower profile implants will not achieve good projection. Please see a plastic surgeon to discuss your options.
