Hi Sunflower220, Your pictures show that you have forward facing nipples, and a nice footprint to the breast. With your goals of fullness and cleavage, you would likely prefer a round as opposed to anatomic or shaped implant. From the perspective of size, I find that the best way to determine your goal size is to perform try on sizing during a clinic visit. At your visit with your plastic surgeon, your plastic surgeon would measure your base width (the right to left distance of the implant that is ideal for your frame), and would also perform try on sizing. This is because implants do not come in A cups or C cups, but rather in cubic centimeters. Using a sizer allows use the patient to communicate clearly with your surgeon about what your optimal addition of volume would be. This number, together with the base width, we will generally narrow the world of implants down to just a few that make sense for you, your frame, and your goals. I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon to continue this conversation. Hope this helps.
