My personal photos will be the first 3 and the rest is what I desire. Round fullness with cleavage would be nice. I was thinking around 400cc? But I need professional opinions.

Hello You need breast lifting with implants because you have a swollen skin and breast only with implants it will not make a good look.

Hello your pole dance will not matter where will be putten implants. It is important if you have breast tissues you will need to put on the muscle if not so under the muscle.

Hello, thank you for your question. Yes that is a difficult one to treat, we try to stretch out the area during surgery but its something we can not predict. Post op we go over how to massage the implants. Speak to your plastic surgeon your options.
