400 cc is feasible. In your case I would strongly suggest a combination with a periareolar breast lift to avoid a snoopy deformity.

This size which is what you like is probable fine for you. Your areola are larger and may get bigger with the procedure. You may want to do an areola reduction at the same time or later if it bothers you.

If you use large implants because your breasts are sagging, the shape will be strange and the areola will be too large. In order to minimize these risks, it is better to use a smaller size 250~350cc high projection implant for surgery. It is also an option to perform periareolar mastopexy to create a better shape and reduce the size of the areola. If you try to make cleavage with a large implant, the shape might be odd, so I would recommend improving cleavage with fat grafting.

Hello, thank you for your question. That is great that you have your wish pics and it closely resembles your before. Its difficult to say what size you will need and or perhaps a breast reshaping. Speak to your plastic surgeon about your options, going under the muscle may not give you the desired look.

Thank you for your question. You will likely be in the 350 to 400 cc range. This will depend on what looks best in the operating room. Additionally, I believe you should consider an areola reduction. The implants will cause your areola to spread even wider than it already is. Good luck.

Your breasts are low on the chest wall and your areola are too large. The technique I recommend is a lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired.
