Breast augmentation 8 months after breastfeed - is this dangerous?

I stopped breast feeding around 8 months ago. I still have some milk. If I squeeze some definitely come out. My BA surgery is at the end of this month. What should I do? Is this dangerous?

We recommend to wait 3 to 6 months after you have stopped lactating to get a breast augmentation. This will allow the breasts to “settle” after breastfeeding.
