I have ruled out with my Cardio, Pulmonary and Nero doctors anything heart, sleep or pulmonary related. I can not walk, exercise or carry on a long conversation without being short if breath. I have pain in my diaphragm area that is acute and sharp.How do I exercise when I can't breathe my weight gain 35 lbs I feel like I need to wear my binder all the time because of sharp pain. Is my diaphragm too compressed. Was I made to tight? I did fall in Sept and ripped my internal stitches do I have a hernia??
