It started as a red mark above the tape, then turned darker, then it bubbled up into a blister, then it popped and started gushing blood, I made an appt, dr checked me & he said my body is also draining from my incision, he removed the tape & all the skin in that area under the tape was damaged, I have been cleaning it constantly, it's turned black & a lot has closed up, I'm not sure if it's a scab or necrosis. When I run water over it for a couple min it turns white & soft as a scab

The scar that you have now is indeed unsightly but it is very biologically active. Manage the scar as per the recommendations of your plastic surgeon and expected to improve over the ensuing months. This does not mean that a scar revision may not be indicated in the future.
Hi Bibianna92,Thank you for your pictures and questions. Based on the pictures you have submitted it looks as if you would be a good candidate for a full tummy tuck. I suggest you visit with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to discuss your options and goals. Best of luck!
Dr. Zubowicz is correct. Tummy Tuck scars are always red for a variable length of time after surgery. Just be very careful to avoid any sun exposure to the scar (cover up and sun block) while the scar remains red or else it may remain permanently dark. Good luck.
