Hello everyone, this is Charli I had my breast augmentation done by Dr. Gabriel Del corral and Franklin Square, Hospital very passionate doctor my surgery went smooth. No complications. I can barely see my scars it’s only been six months and I really can’t see anything under there and they dropped so beautifully. They still have a way to go but I’m very pleased with the work that you’ve done.
He has an incredible bedside manner. The day I came in for surgery I was really scared and nervous, and he helped to make me feel relaxed and safe. My results have turned out amazing with no serious complications. It was a very positive experience and now my life is just so much more improved now that I've had my surgery. If I ever need another surgery I will be sure to come to him and I would be happy to tell others about my experience too.
Absolutely phenomenal Dr. Dr Del Corral and his staff are the best. I had an issue labor day weekend, I called the number a operator answered, I told her who I was and who I was trying to reach and within 5 mins had him on the phone. Not a nurse not a P.A my actual Dr. We talked gave me Instructions on how to handle it, offered to open his office if I felt it was needed or if it would make me feel better to have HIM!!! Look at it. I declined, he called me that night and the next 5 days to check on me most of those days 2/3 times again not a PA not a nurse. He has so much compassion for his patients it's absolutely unreal. He has such a warm calming bedside manner he will make you feel safe it's because you are. I consulted with a few Dr's for my surgery as it was a big one. I'm so happy I chose him. It's everything I was expecting. (Manage your own expectations based on what you are getting understand any surgery has the potential for risks and complications) I wanted a Dr who had experience, who cared, who I could trust, who made me feel comfortable and lastly has compassion. We are all humans and things happen no 2 people heal the exact same way. I had no questions going into surgery I was in good hands if the surgery went any direction it could go (again all surgeries have risks) mine went off without a hitch and even tho I had an issue in the healing process they were right there to help. They didn't leave me hanging or worried or any of that. Do your research, do his consultation, look into his track record, look into his reputation and you will find there are many people like me who love him because of who he is and the amazing people he has at his office.
Dr. Del Corral performed a breast implant exchange for me. My breast cancer reconstruction and implants were 18 years old and part saline, so I wanted a more natural look. Everything about the experience was professional, friendly, caring, and the surgery outcome was exactly what I wanted. His physician assistant, Melissa, is also excellent.
I was able to get a consultation with Dr Del Corral after a few months wait. But after that, the process was fast and produced the changes I have wanted all my life. Dr Del Corral and staff were excellent, providing me all the information I needed and guided me thru the process and subsequent surgery and procedures. A great experience for me and won't ever forget Dr Del Corral.
Dr. Gabriel Del Corral was one of the most pleasant doctors I have ever worked with. He was attentive to my every need and concern. If I had any questions, he would gladly answer them. I initially sought a surgeon for vaginoplasty in New York but after meeting Dr. Del Corral, I decided to go with him instead! He gave off such a wonderful first impression and I felt I had all I needed to go into surgery. He also explained to me my choices of surgery and what would be best given my body type. After my vaginoplasty, my stay in the hospital was about five days or so. I was cared for by some of the most wonderful people. His care team, including himself, saw me just about every day I was there. After discharge, I had some minor issues post-operatively. He reached out to me as soon as I showed concern. Basically, there wasn't a minute that I felt as if I were alone in my recovery. I am now 12 weeks out from surgery and I am unbelievably happy with the results. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Del Corral for vaginoplasty.
Very pleased with the vaginoplasty and breast augmentation had a few complications that require revision. The communication has been excellent would and have recommended him to everyone look forward to all my follow up
Dr Del Corral is an amazing doctor. From day one he had the best bedside manners. He does everything he says and tells you exactly how the process will go from start to recovery. You can ask him anything and he will give you honest answers. Talking with him is like talking to a friend. I could not be happier with the outcome of my surgery. She looks like I was born with her. Every staff member at his office and at Medstar were amazing. I could not have asked for a better experience.
Excellent. Dr. Del Corral and his team at MedStar provided excellent care, and I have been satisfied with results of my procedure (piv vaginoplasty). Follow up has been consistent and Dr. Del Corral makes a strong effort to listen and answer questions at every stage of the process.
He is a great choice for anyone needing a vaginoplasty. My surgery went very well, with no complications even 6 weeks into recovery! Not only is he a great surgeon, he has a great bedside manner as well, you can tell he really cares.
If you're considering a surgical breast lift, one way to see if it might help you is to put a pencil under your breast and see if it stays there. If it does, a breast lift might be an option. The only wayTo know is to haveAComplete examination any evaluationBy a board-certified plastic surgeon. The most common breast lift operation, called mastopexy, repositions the nipple higher on the chest wall. Women usually get this procedure on an outpatient basis, meaning there's no overnight stay. It takes about two hours and is usually done under general anesthesia. Implants should not be used to lift a breast as this will change in time, making the condition and droopiness worse in a matter of years. It is almost impossible to give you an idea without a proper physical examination. There are a number of measurements we used during our pre-operative consultation determined to determine if a lift if needed. Please make sure you discussed this with your plastic surgeon and make sure or usable over the pros and cons of each procedure. Best of Luck in your surgery!!

Thank you for your question and photographs. Based on your pictures you are most likely a candidate for a mini “tummy tuck”. The way we correct the rectus diastasis or “pooch” it's by plicating and sewing the muscles back together into the midline after being displaced laterally after pregnancy. The corrected the skin laxity that you had I would recommend not pursuing a mini- tummy tuck, as you can imagine keeping the eschar centrally located would not allow you to remove all the skin elasticity that you need for a good result. Liposuction is not a good idea in your specific case, as this will only worsen the amount of stretched skin, and usually tightening of the muscles underneath is not perform during this procedure. It is best to discuss your concerns with a bore certify plastic surgeon were he can perform an examination and give you a better idea of the potential outcome while sharing your goals with this surgery. Using pictures will give us an “idea” of your problem however this not replace a physical examination. My advice to you is to do your homework, find someone who is board certified, look at before and after pictures, discuss your goals and ask for a scar regimen after your surgery to improve the quality of the scar.
