I'm currently a B cup and would like to be a full D. Can't decide between 400,425 or 450 cc's. I don't want to big either. More like Salma Hayek or Tawny Taylor.

Answer: The best way to determine the optimal implant for your goals is to do sizing We get so many questions along the lines of "what is the best size for me," and unfortunately that is something that really needs to be determined in person. The best way for you to figure out the optimal size implant to meet your goals with your body type and current breast size and shape is to undergo an in-person sizing exercise with your surgeon so that you can actually see what your body will look like with different sizes of implants in place. Getting ideas in an internet forum like this will only provide you with rough estimates, and they won't be accurate. Additionally, I would encourage you to think more in terms of you body proportions and appearance, rather than simply being set on a particular cup size for your bra. Sometimes we are surprised by the cup size of the actual bra that fits the breasts we really love, so for me, cup size is way down the list as a valid indicator of what size implant to use. In addition to these considerations, it appears from the images that you have posted of your own breasts that you may have some loss of tone and ptosis, or drooping, of the breasts, and in these cases we sometimes recommend a lifting procedure together with breast implants to meet your goals, especially if your goal is to look similar to Tawny Taylor as you have shown. Again, though, this is something that really can only be determined with a personal consultation. Make sure you select a surgeon who is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, as that way you will be sure to have the right expertise to help you decide the important issues surrounding your surgery. In addition to being certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, your surgeon should also voluntarily participate in the Maintenance of Certification program administered by that board. This is the best way to know that your surgeon not only has the best training and experience for the procedure, but that he or she has maintained currency in the certification requirements as opposed to practicing on a "lifetime" certificate which has only been reviewed once at the beginning of his or her career. For more information on this you can visit ABplsurg.org or ABMS.org. Good luck.

Answer: CC's for full D Cup The difference between 400-450cc is not that much. To be a full D I would go to the higher implant 450cc; that would look more like 400cc once it's under the muscle and your breast tissue.
