Could I get liposuction for pseudo gynecomastia on my left side?

Generally, I would recommend to perform liposuction on both sides. There are two main reasons I have for this. First of all, when you perform liposuction area, you are physically removing the vast majority of fat cells. If you were not to treat the other side and you later gained weight, that side may grow disproportionately. Additionally, when an area gets treated with liposuction, there can be very minimal skin changes, which would probably not be noticeable if they were on both sides, but if it was just one side, they may very well be. Most cases will have some degree of asymmetry. A good surgeon will be able to correct for this and still be able to liposuction both sides.

Depending on the amount of skin, liposuction for unilateral pseudogynecomastia would be possible to make you more symmetric. You would have to have true pseudogynecomastia as liposuction would be ineffective for glandular tissue. It is best to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon who can examine you.

Most cases of gynecomastia need a combination of liposuction and direct excision of glandular tissue. Sometimes patients want just one side treated so the goal is to make that side look like the other. This can be done however there might always be a bit of a difference between the two sides.

It is impossible to create a perfect symmetry, but generally speaking, quite easy to improve asymmetrical chests with surgery. Be sure to see a plastic surgeon that performs a lot of gynecomastia surgeries.

Any enlargement of the male breast is gynecomastia whether it be all fat or fat and breast tissue. Only an in person assesment can determine exactly is going on in your case. Treating both sides with liposuction will equalize each side and allow any changes with weight gain or loss to be symetric.
Fat on the sides of the breast along the rib cage is not gynecomastia per se but just 'lipodystrophy' and is also treated with liposuction.
