I had gynecomastia surgery 6 months ago. I'm not happy with the result now. On the left breast it feels like I have a gland left, it also looks bigger than the right breast. A month ago I was with my surgeon and told him that I may need a revision but he said that it looks good as it is now and it can get better with time…. now my question is: do you think I need liposuction for my breasts to be flat or do you think I have a gland left? expecting for your help and tips

Answer: Yes If your tissue swelling has completely resolved you can undergo revision of the first surgery. You might have residual breast tissue and fatty tissue as well. It is important that you have stopped exposure to any medications or supplements that generate estrogen, such as anabolic steroids or testosterone. If you have Low-T and take testosterone make sure you also take an estrogen blocker medication.

Answer: Gynecomastia revision For sure you need a revision as your feminized breast were not mascullinized. We believe in creating the armor plate chest appearance which requires flattening the breast mound around the areola as well as building up the borders of the chest to make the bold and linear. Please check out the paper written about the armor chest plate appearance which will describe the proper contouring procedure required to fix your concern. Please also consider a virtual consultation by a high definition liposuction provider.
