The effects of neurotoxins generally last 3-4 months. It is unlikely that these effects are still from the injection that long ago. However, there are some patients that will get 6 months or so out of an injection, especially if there was a lot of toxin placed at the original injection. Typically, though, a heavy brow results from paralyzing a frontalis muscle that is over-active due to baseline brow drooping. This could be an indication that it is time to consider a surgical procedure, such as a brow lift, instead of continuing injecatables.

Eyebrow drop is one of the most common complications of Botox injections. This situation is very annoying to patients but thankfully the effects of Botox are not permanent. The eyebrows can start rising even before the full impact of Botox on the forehead wears off. It might take 4-6 months, but the eyebrow will definitely return to its normal position. Best wishes.

The Botox only lasts about 3-4 months. After that muscle retraining effect continues for a while but eventually even that resolved. Please be patient and do not do further treatment while the brow recovers. It will happen.

Brow ptosis and heaviness in the forehead region after Botox treatment usually improve 3-6 months after injection depending on factors such as dose and concentration injected, the metabolism of the toxin in your body. I would suggest you wait until any further treatment for now. Would be helpful to have a before/after picture to asses feature you mentioned.

Botox typically lasts 3 to 4 months unless you are very active, and then it is less. Your Botox should be worn off by now, but I would recommend increasing your exercising to encourage metabolizing it sooner.
