Thank you for your question. It seems like your a candidate for a BBL (Brazilian butt lift). This includes liposuction from unwanted areas of fat with transfer to the hip and glute area to sculpt your desired shape. An experienced plastic surgeon will use Liposculpting to help you achieve your goals. I would recommend a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your goals. Dear Fabulous6322,it is hard to tell for sure without an examination and just by looking at photo taken from one angle. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Thank you for your question. To provide a valid medical opinion I will need to see pictures of you body from different angles. I would suggest to be treated by board certified plastic surgeon with experience in this procedure, to get the best desired results.Respectfully,Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-
One photo cannot be employed to determine the best butt shape for you. You need to be seen in person or provide additional photos via Skype for you and your board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your end goals and the likelihood of achieving them based upon your fat reserves and anatomy.Kenneth Hughes, MD, ABPS Board Certified Plastic SurgeonLos Angeles, CA
Hello dear! Thanks for the question and provided information as well.Based on your pictures, you are a good candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, hips, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.Good luck :)
In reality neither liposuction or fat transfer are all that great at reshaping people. People who have a well shaped bottom do best with getting a good BBL outcomes. People who have a boxy pelvis or a shape that is undesirable often do not get a great shape afterwards. Likewise, people with tight skin are much better candidates for creating shape and contour rather than simply adding volume. I suggest you have this discussion during an in person consultation. I suggest you also look at before and after pictures of people resembling your body as closely as possible in the before pictures. This is by far the most accurate way of anticipating what results you could have. In regards to where volume should be placed it follows fairly basic principles in my opinion. I generally envision a smooth the continuous accentuated S-curve from the backside I said my grades around the hips to the front side. Any area that's devoid of volume in this S-curve gets volume added. Any area that sticks out is reduced through liposuction. I have no fruit or organ shape to describe this other than a smooth continuous accentuated S-curve Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
One of the most common reasons for disgruntled BBL patients is that patients are not able to accurately communicate their desired buttocks goals to their surgeons. A buttocks assessment tool can be an invaluable tool to communicate to your surgeon the exact buttocks size and shape you are desiring. What is more important, is to find a skilled board certified plastic surgeon that is well trained in this procedure. Based on your pictures, you are an excellent candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL). The optimal BBL outcomes are achieved with: 1) use of VASER liposuction to harvest the fat, 2) a closed looped system such as Puregraft to process the fat, and 3) strategic micro-packet transplant technique. These three processes have demonstrated over 95% fat graft take. This means that your results will be stable as long as you maintain your weight. As an official VASER trainer, I am routinely referred unhappy BBL patients. A Skype or FaceTime consultation with a BBL specialist can help you get an accurate recommendation and pricing.Respectfully, Arian Mowlavi MD, FACSRealself 100 Hall of Fame Inductee
Patients being worried about liposuction results within the first two weeks is probably the number one post on real self. Personally I tell my patients to not look in the mirror for the first 3 to 4 weeks because it only makes people upset. Sounds familiar? Nothing looks correct two week...
