I have fat in my armpits between my arm & breast that I absolutely hate. I’m wondering if when I get my BBL if that can be one of the areas that they lipo for the fat transfer to my butt

Answer: "Bra fat" usually a good area for liposuction Hello and thank you for your question. The area of "bra fat" on the sides of the upper chest near the armpit is usually a good area for liposuction. As others have said, usually there isn't a large amount of fat here, so it would add a fairly negligible volume to be able to graft to your buttocks, but certainly if you would like to liposuction that area at the same time as you have liposuction of other, larger stores of subcutaneous fat in your body that can be done. There is usually a small incision near the armpit where the scar is less noticeable and most of my patients find that this area isn't particularly painful when they are in recovery. Generally speaking, you want to have a few areas we can liposuction from in order to have enough to transfer to both sides of the butt.
