Saggy BBL - What can I do to improve this condition? I really don’r want to go under the knife for it again.

Hello, I had my BBL procedure a year ago and recently (the past 3 months or so) I’ve started to gradually lose volume in the sides and top of the buttocks. My hip dips have sort of come back and the top of the butt is flat and the skin is very saggy. Tried one treatment with Sculptra and it seemed to improve it a little, but unfortunately the top of the butt is still very very saggy. What can I do to improve this condition? I really don’r want to go under the knife for it again.

I would suggest doing squats or exercise that will lift the buttocks if you do not want to go under the knife.

You are still in the early stages of recovery at 3 months out.  However, it is normal for some of the fat that was injected to resorb or die off. Please wait until around 6 months to consider a revision and go see a board certified plastic surgeon.Providing photos would be helpful and would allow me to give you a more thorough answer. Best of luck!

Thanks for posting your question. The fat transferred to your buttocks can shrink with weight loss. You can try to increase the volume of your gluteal muscles by doing squats and working  with weights.

Did you lose weight recently or after the surgery? This can lead to volume loss 1 year or more after your fat transfer. It is hard to give you any more specific advice without seeing photos.
