Downsizing implants - should I be wearing a bra until then?

I'm downsizing my implants and changing the plane (UTM to OTM) 255 cc moderate to 200 cc or less. My surgical date is 6 months away. Should I be wearing a bra to prevent the implants from dropping (they have not even filled out my lower breasts yet)

Wearing a bra or not wearing one is not likely to significantly impact your surgery.  If you are needing a lift now, you will need one in 6 months.  I encourage you to speak with your surgeon for her/his surgical protocol.

You did not show photos, so I cannot be specific. However, if your implants are behind the muscle, you probably don't need to wear a bra.

I would consider wearing a supportive bra as much as possible until you have your revision procedure.  This will inhibit the stretching of the pocket.
