Downsizing implants - should I be wearing a bra until then?

I'm downsizing my implants and changing the plane (UTM to OTM) 255 cc moderate to 200 cc or less. My surgical date is 6 months away. Should I be wearing a bra to prevent the implants from dropping (they have not even filled out my lower breasts yet)
