Breasts rippling after 3 procedures. Are there implants that don't ripple?

Hi I have had breast surgery 3 times and unfortunately a previous surgeon removed a lot of my muscle , so I don’t have enough coverage over my implants and I get bad rippling, I don’t have any body fat to transfer, can anyone help me with a solution, I am so depressed about this happening again . Is there implants that don’t ripple or mesh a option ?

Rippling is from lack of tissue to cover the implants. Your doctor could add dermal grafts like Alloderm, to help give more thickness and coverage.
