Caffeine causing tightness after breast revision? (Photo)

This is a problem called capsular contracture. It is related to bacterial contamination of the breast implant at the time of implant placement leading to persistent over-healing of the capsule around the breast tissue. This is not related to caffeine intake. The solution is to perform removal of the capsule and replacement of a new non-contaminated implant with likely an internal support system such as Galaflex. I would recommend seeing a board-certified or board-eligible plastic surgeon with aesthetic surgery training and experience to tackle this type of problem in a safe and efficient manner. Caffeine can make breasts feel more sensitive. You also have two different breasts which may not respond in the same way. Taking vitamin E 1000 units daily may help calm this down, or stop caffeine.

Caffeine is actually a potent drug with a multitude of body reactions. If your breast muscle is irritable, the caffeine may cause elevated spasm and tightness.
