Caffeine causing tightness after breast revision? (Photo)

I am over a year post op on my breast revision. I went from a 375cc mod profile to 400/420 high profile. My breast are ok but I notice I keep getting tightness in my left breast. When I drink caffeinated beverages it feels much worse. What's interesting is this only happens in my Left breast and not the right one. Is that normal? Is there a reason for that?
