Do I need a revision? -Breast Asymmetry after Surgery

Question

I had my surgery 2.5 weeks ago and while I know it’s early I am very unhappy with the look of my breasts. I had slight asymmetry before surgery and knew going into it that they would be a little different but this seems extreme and I am considering gettting them removed all together. My doctor used 350cc moderate profile implants and insisted on using the same size on both breasts.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Right now, it is way too soon to be considering doing anything to your breasts. You have swelling that needs to subside. At six months, then consider enlarging the smaller breast if the slight difference bothers you. You were somewhat larger in one breast prior to surgery.  The difference is not "extreme."

Great posted photos... I would immediately exchange smaller side to 450-500 cc implants. Or could offer lipo with fat grafting to smaller side. Best to virtual consult with... Fees from $5,000+
