Is it really necessary to add fat to the hips? I have small narrow high hips..I like being thin..just want some bubble to my butt.

Answer: BBL to hips Great question! No you don't necessarily need to place fat to the hips. It all depends on your ultimate goal. I would say bring photos of your desires to your consultation and your surgeon will be able to help guide and provide recommendations to achieve this.Best of luck and hope this information helps!

Answer: Will your BBL look more natural if you don't add fat to hips? You can certainly retain the narrow high hips, but you and your PS should discuss the fact that narrowing the waist and widening the hip enhances the buttock. The result can be dramatic even from the front view.
