Is it really necessary to add fat to the hips? I have small narrow high hips..I like being thin..just want some bubble to my butt.

You can get a BBL without fat transfer to the hips area. However, it is difficult to tell what can be achieved for you without reviewing your pictures. I suggest submitting your pictures for an evaluation and consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon who has extensive BBL experience.

Great question!  No you don't necessarily need to place fat to the hips.  It all depends on your ultimate goal.  I would say bring photos of your desires to your consultation and your surgeon will be able to help guide and provide recommendations to achieve this.Best of luck and hope this information helps!

You can certainly retain the narrow high hips, but you and your PS should discuss the fact that narrowing the waist and widening the hip enhances the buttock. The result can be dramatic even from the front view.

Fat transfer to hips is not a must if the patient doesn't want it. You can get fat transfer to buttocks in order to get the desired shape. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
