Can I get a BBL and Vaginal Rejuvenation at the same time?

Is it possible/okay to get a butt lift and vaginal rejuvenation at the same time? Will the results still be phenomenal? Or is it better to get these two surgeries separate?

I do perform labiaplasty and the BBL together if patients are a good candidate. It really depends on what aspect of vaginal rejuvenation you are wanting. Labia minora reduction and clitoral hood reduction can easily be done. Non- invasive procedures such as Viveve can easily be done the same day as your BBL. As far as labia majora reduction or fat grafting to the labia majora, the only issue is the compression garment for the BBL or faja can rub or compress that area. Definitely talk to your PS and see what they recommend.

You can absolutely have both BBL and vaginal rejuvenation performed at the same time. You want to make sure you select a board certified surgeon who specializes in BBL. If you are a good candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), the optimal outcomes are achieved with: 1) use of VASER liposuction to harvest the fat, 2) a closed looped system such as Puregraft to process the fat, and 3) strategic micro-packet transplant technique.
