Also the shapes are so different now . I know boobs aren't twins but they were very similar shapes before . Now the right one is choped off under the nipple , and the left has no side anymore, and that was the fuller of the two . Any suggestions, my Surgen won't really answers my concerns and says they will be fine and give it time .
Answer: Benelli lift ripples Although it's only 4 weeks post-op which means that the shape of your breasts (including the folds) are likely to change over the coming weeks, you can see quite a significant difference in the position of the nipple and the areolas, as well a difference in shape with the right one being rounder than the left. In this situation, I would wait 6 months for everything to settle before deciding what action to take, but it may require revision surgery.

Answer: You Weren't a Candidate for a Benelli Lift Hello,Although in time your breasts will improve, I don't think all of the pleats or asymmetries will be gone. The Benelli lift is for very small, deflated breasts with minimal nipple malposition, and you were likely a candidate for a formal lift. Any residual issues you have after you heal will require a formal breast lift to resolve. The good news is you will be able to resolve all of these issues. In the new year get a second opinion from a few ABPS certified/ASAPS member surgeons who specialize in revision breast surgery. Best of luck!

Answer: Breast lift result Dear Lisapag,I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a breast lift surgery. However, you are still in the very early stages of the healing process at 4 weeks post op.Your will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively. At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues are still swollen. Once the swelling subsides and the skin adapts, you will be able to see the final result of your breast lift surgery.Daniel Barrett, MD, MHA, MS Certified, American Board of Plastic Surgery Member, Am. Answer: Mastopexy Hello and thank you for the question. Your are sill early in the recovery and it's still early to judge the final results. The rippling around the areola should settle overtime. I would give it more time. Your surgeon is your best resource. Best,Pejman Aflaki, MD.Johns Hopkins-trained plastic surgeon

Answer: Wrinkles appropriate for Benelli and hopefully they will smooth out and round out with time. More concerning is how your cinching suture holds up as if that breaks or pulls through, you will have a stretched out scar that will be horrendous. I personally despise Benelli's and use them only in very unique situations.
