Thanks for your question. You appear to be a great candidate for a 360 liposuction to improve your overall shape. You can also add a brazilian butt lift for a perkier more round posterior. You definitely have to choose your surgeon correctly and make sure that he/she has the training and experience to meet your goals with absolute safety.  A key quality indicator is Board Certification by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.  Don’t settle for less than a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with specialized expertise in this procedure.

In this regard, I recommend you waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour.
Finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL).

Based on your photo you can obtain nice contours from lipo/BBL. Creative liposuction will allow you to have stubborn fat resistant to exercise and diet removed from unwanted areas (abdomen, love handles, thighs, back) and transferred to the hips for a lifted and rounder appearance.  If the waist was smaller at one time, the waist can likely be reduced to those same measurements or smaller provided the muscular and fascial integrity has remained the same.

Based on you photos I believe that circumferential liposuction of your abdomen, hips and flanks would be a great way to even out your figure/shape. Thank you for your question.Based on your photos, you would be a great candidate for liposuction with fat grafting. The liposuction would help to remove the excess fat and contour the waist and hip area. Then the fat can be injected in the hip to help even it out to more symmetry with the other side.

You need a formal evaluation by an expert in body shaping and contouring to determine what is best. The best in body contouring not only removes fat with energy devices like VASER ultrasound but also internally heats the skin with radiofrequency devices such as Renuvion (J-Plasma), InMode BodyTite, and ThermiRF to heat the undersurface of the skin and tighten it at the same time as fat removal. These combinations are called 4D HI-DEF VASER Liposuction and can only be done by a well-trained body contouring specialist. At the same time, fat should be harvested and purified, with PRP and stem cells added, and then injected into muscles, indentations and cellulite to get body shaping and contouring. For a Brazilian butt lift (BBL), we inject the fat into the buttock for contouring and lifting, but fat can also be used in areas such as the chest/breast, arms/shoulders, calves and face. Cellulite should also be treated with a combination of Cellfina, subcision, and/or fillers such as Bellafill, Renuva synthetic fat, or Sculptra. Ribahey I appreciate your concerns and frustration. It appears from your photographs that you do have some asymmetry within your hips and should benefit from traditional liposuction of the hips and abdomen, if you so desire.
