My right side is completely asymmetric to my left. There is a curve in my butt and it seems as if one leg is shorter than the other. Could this all be caused by the minor curve in my back? Is this scoliosis or beyond?

This is likely a question you should address with your plastic surgeon prior to surgery. A two day recovery is pretty unrealistic for just about any procedure.
